| WHY I CAN NEVER BE A JUROR I was a witness in a trial, I know a 'recovering trial attorney', and my family runs a court writing business. I believe I learned various things that will permanently prevent me from legitimately being a juror without wanting to jump out of my seat and scream with severe distraction. Please conserve the time of both the court system and mine and permanently remove me from being summoned to jury duty until there is a complete reconstruction of the system to disallow the unethical and repulsive conduct by the lawyers and their implementation of the system. Instead of implementing justice, the judicial system is being used to win the game of prosecution. Also, lawyers take money from their victims of who they have no intention of winning a case for them. Until there is a severe reconstruction of the rules and enforcement of disallowing these corrupt and unethical lawyers from using the courtroom as a game, there is no legitimate means for me to serve as a juror without extreme distraction from the case being tried. If I were ever to serve on a jury, I will never focus on the case, I will instead be focusing on everything but the case, namely the unethical sleazy conduct of the lawyers. While I completely believe and agree with the US judicial system as written and intended on paper, the people implementing it have taken it over into a game. Today's implementation of the judicial system is ravaged by unethical and outright evil lawyers such that trials have nothing to do with the Plaintiff, Defendant, and witnesses. Instead, the Plaintiff, Defendant, and witnesses are merely game pieces in a human chess game, and the true players and subjects of a trial are the lawyers. The objective of the game is to use the game pieces to construe and twist the real story by means of unbalancing the facts and thoughts to win their side, irrelevant of the true balance of the facts and thought in the stakeholders' minds. |

Unfortunately, the outcome is irrelevant of the actual truth and fairness of the facts that are inside the heads of the Plaintiff, Defendant, and Witnesses. The observation of a jury is filtered and contorted by the unethical conduct of lawyers being experts in re-packaging the thoughts and facts inside the mind of inexperienced human game pieces. I experienced all of this when I took the stand and was a witness in a divorce case. I never felt so out of control of my own thoughts and facts and robbed of my dignity as I did that day in the courtroom being brain-raped by the lawyer. Through a series of yes or no questions, they took what they wanted from me, turned it into what they wanted people to hear and gave no respect to my true opinion on what was in my head. The outcome was an implied set of ideas that I did not agree with, and would consider it a lie. Why was I even there in the first place if they wanted to just make up a story? ; A game show, of course, trial lawyers are arrogant bottom feeders who want everyone to watch how crafty they are! In a place designed for truth and justice, there is instead deceit and evil corruption. Unethical people are in this place that was never intended to be this way! My contributions to me serving on a jury would be completely against the way today's juror system would ever want me to think or act. Michael Guydish |
